How to partner
The Minnesota Board of Pharmacy requires a clinic, pharmacy or independent prescriber complete a Notice of Participation Form to access RoundtableRx for their patients. As soon as a site submits this form, they will be onboarded and provided an account on our website to place orders.

Why providers partner with us
I had a patient who was taking warfarin for their anticoagulation therapy and happened to miss some doses due to a family matter. Upon checking her INR, it was in the low 1's, her goal was 2.5–3.5, and needed to be bridged with enoxaparin. I sent a prescription to the pharmacy, but her copay was over $100!!
I checked RoundtableRx's inventory… and they were able to send the medication to my clinic very quickly. This patient has a high risk for clots, so I am very grateful for the incredible service RoundtableRx provides and what they were able to help avoid in this situation.
